Join us for a fabulously expressive day of mixed media drawing and painting capturing character and personality with the award winning Kim Scouller

Explore strong use of line and color to bring a real sense of personality to your portraits – with plenty of demonstrations and information on technique we will be taking a deep dive into Hockey’s approach to the model. There will be lots of one to one tuition and information on Hockney and his influences to really allow us to get into his process.

We will be working using coloured pencils and pens / acrylic and watercolour

With fantastic models and insightful teaching this really promises to be a super day of portrait exploration Hockney style!

This workshop coincides with the Hockney exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery – so if you can make it along to the show you can get inspired!
