🌸 Spring Print 2 – A Fresh Burst of Printmaking Fun!
We loved it so much, we’re doing it again!

Back by popular demand, Spring Prints II is a course designed for anyone who’s caught the printmaking bug — whether you’re a total beginner or already have some experience. Over 4 relaxed and inspiring online sessions, we’ll build on linocut techniques, explore new methods like stencil-making, and even create your own patterned printing roller — all from the comfort of home!

Each week brings a new creative focus:

🖼 Week 1: Linocut Multi-Print – Play with repetition, layering, and composition
🎨 Week 2: Linocut Reduction – Learn clever colour techniques and planning ahead
✂️ Week 3: Stencil Making & Printing – Get bold and graphic with hand-cut stencils
🌀 Week 4: Pattern Print Rollers – Design and build your own roller for endless textile or paper printing!

Expect plenty of tips for printing on fabric, guidance on designing original images and patterns, and lots of encouragement along the way.

This course is perfect for beginners eager to learn printmaking in a supportive and creative environment. It is also suitable for experienced artists looking to deepen their subject matter, expand their compositional skills, or simply explore a new theme for fun.

You can go fancy with Japanese or Chinese rice paper for linocut prints ✨, but any smooth, light paper (up to 150gsm) works well too. Great options to try:

Prints on fabric are super fun – try:
