Strong, characterful portraits with an expressive injection of colour!

Join award winning portrait artist Kim Scouller for a very special workshop inspired  by the master colourist himself, Gauguin. If you have been inspired by the current blockbuster exhibition of Gauguin portraits at the National Gallery, or would just like to explore colour – this promises to be a great day of creative exploration! We will be working from simple set ups and basic elements of costume to help us to channel this prolific and controversial artist.

With plenty of practical demonstrations, information on basic colour theory and handling paint- you will learn all the skills you need to produce bold, characterful portraits with confidence.
