St Pancras Church
Join us for a fabulous afternoon of theatrical life drawing as we collaborate with John Close to explore the classical and the modern, the idealised and the aging, the transformative and exquisite beauty of the Renaissance body. Draw from performers and theatrical sets inspired by the block buster exhibition at the Royal Academy- The Renaissance Nude, all set against the spectacular interiors of St Pancras church in Euston.
We will be creating sets based on Bronzino’s Venus Cupid Folly & Time, an anatomically inspired set based on Leonardo sketches, and an amalgamation piece based on Titian’s epic Death or Acteaon- In addition to this John Close will be giving insights into the anatomy and mythology of the paintings- SO join us for an exciting afternoon of drawing exploration Renaissance Style!
