Join guest artist and educator Jonathan Farr @jonnyfsfarr for a day of strong and in depth portrait drawing!
Really explore mark making and simple drawing materials to build depth and emotional energy in your drawing-
For this day of portraiture we will be slowing down, analysing, erasing, layering, deconstructing and building, drawing around, beneath and across the head, neck and shoulders.
Spend the day working from the life model in charcoal and graphite with lots of information on how to build up volumes of the face, achieve likeness and depth in your portraits from this brilliant and expressive artist and tutor. This class is full of demonstrations, tips, advice and one to one tuition – a great day of tuition and exploration!
